This is the crucial fact-finding stage of our mission. We will sit down with you and your board colleagues to dive deep into your business, put together a compelling candidate value proposition and manifest your ideal candidate and associated criteria.
Once our longlist has been approved, we will make our approach and create a shortlist using the predefined assessment criteria agreed on in the discover session.
We will take the information gleaned in our discover session and use a multitude of tools (not just LinkedIn!) to source an agreed longlist of potential candidates to approach.
We will be in constant contact with you and the candidates throughout the interview process.
Once the perfect candidate is chosen, we can provide referencing and help transition them into the business ensuring both parties continue to have a positive experience.
